How our order process works

2. Enquire
Make an enquiry and our team will send you any product information you may need.
3. Explore
Book an appointment to visit our London showroom or, if that's not possible, our team will meet with you remotely to take you through the process.
4. Design
Each piece is made-to-order, so our team will work with you to decide the best size and materials for your space.
5. Order
Place your order directly from our dedicated team, who will also supply you with a delivery quote.
6. Creation
We begin to craft each piece with our artisan partners. We will keep you updated throughout and send photos once your item is complete.
Please note that while we make every effort to ensure consistency in our materials, as each piece is made to order there may be slight natural variations in colour, texture, and tone.
7. Delivery
We ship worldwide directly from France and can arrange for white glove or kerb-side delivery. Find further details in our Terms & Conditions.
8. Authenticity
As a symbol of our dedication to quality and artisanship every piece is numbered, signed and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Each piece is genuine and has been crafted with excellence in mind – a promise from us that each item is a unique creation, made to last.
